The Dutch Mortgage Borrel is an informal event, initiated by Dutch partners who intend to facilitate a better social interaction between investors and other parties with connections to the Dutch Mortgage Market. Because we believe social interaction is the basis of doing good and sustainable business with each other.
At the Dutch Mortgage Borrel industry peers can meet with each other while
enjoying a drink and a good conversation.

The objective of the Dutch Mortgage Borrel is to bring together industry peers who are, or want to be involved in the Dutch mortgage market. To accommodate the social interaction and facilitate a mutual understanding on topics in the Dutch mortgage market. Parties can start partnerships or continue to do sustainable business with each other, supported by social and inter-personal connections.

Second edition
On September 27th 2022 the very first edition of the Dutch Mortgage Borrel took place in the City of London. After a succesful event we followed up with a second edition in March 2023. These first editions were well attended and the atmosphere was very relaxed and informal. The enthusiasm was overwhelming and reactions afterwards motivated us to organize this third edition. And, next to Tulp Group, Simmons & Simmons, Fortrum ans CSC Intertrust will accomodate you the Dutch Mortgage Borrel.
That is why there will be a next edition on March 12th 2024. And you must join us!
Location
The location of the Dutch Mortgage Borrel is in the heart of the City of London. Close to where many of the participants work, centrally located and a good base to meet in a relaxed atmosphere. Of course, with drinks and some good food!
